The need:

A website should say everything about your business and promote all your current products, services, and pricing.

It should attract prospects and answer any and all questions they have about the company. Prepshipping’s old website was not sufficient to reflect those elements. The increase in e-commerce volumes was an incentive for improvement and development.

New brand identity and accompanying work had to be done to meet these demands because Prepshipping soon became a fast-growing 3PL company.

Branding service:

We started with the basics and forgot the previous branding for a fresh start. We asked ourselves: “What type of person would be a good reflection of Prepshipping? How would they talk? How would they look?” This is the tone and messaging to use across marketing channels, including social media and email.

This personality needs to remain consistent across each outlet you use to communicate with their customers. As Dacters, we have worked out a modern, lively and cool brand identity that has been adapted to today, leaving the understanding of the usual classic logistics companies.

“The positive feedback from our customers and
prospective customers on the website was
instantaneous. It was great for our team internally
and the Digitalact to receive such glowing
reviews, but it was the data on conversion rates
that I focused on. We actually saw a 27% lift in
conversion rates blended across all traffic
sources.”
